The rules for using pwfchecker.com, your account and the PWF Checker application. Short, in plain words, and binding. Last updated 20 September 2026.
These terms are a contract between you and PWF Checker ("we", "us"). You accept them by creating an account, by ordering a plan or by installing or using the PWF Checker application ("the app"). If you use the app for a company, you confirm that you may bind it. How we handle personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
PWF Checker is a Windows application that checks lists of phone numbers against WhatsApp through the WhatsApp accounts you connect to it, enriches the matches with profile data and cleans number lists with its built-in tools. The site provides the download, your account, the plans and support.
Plans are sold by duration — one, three or six months — and unlock the app for that term with a licence key that lives in your account. What each plan includes is stated on the pricing section at the time you order.
Prices are shown in euros at checkout. Payment is by cryptocurrency transfer to the address and on the network shown for your order, or as arranged with support on Telegram. An order is confirmed once the transfer has been verified; your licence key is then issued or extended and the term starts. Transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed — please check the coin, the network and the amount before sending; a transfer that cannot be matched to an order cannot be refunded to you by us.
A licence key can be used the moment it is issued, so a confirmed order is not refundable once its key has been delivered. The exception: if the app does not work as described on this site and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused part of the term. Statutory rights that cannot be waived in your country stay untouched.
The app is licensed, not sold. For the term of your plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the number of computers your plan allows, for your own or your company's business. You may not:

You are responsible for the numbers you check and for what you do with the results. You agree to:
PWF Checker is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.; "WhatsApp" is their trademark and is used here only to describe what the app works with. The app depends on WhatsApp's service and on the accounts you connect; changes on their side can change or limit what the app can do, and that is outside our control.
We keep the site and the licensing service running as continuously as we reasonably can, but they can be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We improve the app over time: features can be added, changed or removed, and updates may be required for the app to keep working. We may also change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it — if you do not, stop using it and tell us.
The app reports what WhatsApp returns at the moment of the check. We do our best to make the results accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every number is classified correctly, that a campaign will succeed, or that connected accounts will not be restricted. The site and the app are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example for intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account and licence if you break these terms, misuse the app, do not pay, or if the law requires it; for a serious breach we do so without a refund. Clauses that by their nature should survive — licence restrictions, liability, governing law — survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we are established, and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. If a clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
